Since our founding in 2018, Tech Care for All India (TC4A), headquartered in Mumbai , has been driven by a clear and unwavering purpose: to enhance healthcare accessibility, equity, and quality across the diverse landscape of India. We believe deeply that every individual, regardless of their background, has the right to quality healthcare , and we are committed to leveraging innovative technology to make this a reality.

India, with its 1.45 billion people , presents both immense opportunities and unique challenges within its healthcare sector. At TC4A India, we embrace these complexities by working across the entire healthcare ecosystem. Our mission is fueled by the strategic use and adaptation of cutting-edge digital health technologies. While we operate as an independent entity focused on India's specific needs, emerging from the strategic vision of TC4A Belgium , we are strengthened by the extensive networks and support of our global counterparts.

The Medical Learning Hub (MLH) platform is dedicated to creating equity in knowledge and skills among India's more than 6 million healthcare professionals (HCPs). Through partnerships with Medical Associations, Colleges, Hospitals, NGOs, and Industry leaders, MLH delivers vital Continuing Medical Education (CMEs), workshops, and custom upskilling programs. Recognizing the operational needs of our partners, MLH is also offered as a SaaS product, automating the entire CME lifecycle for Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Complementing our educational initiatives, our Market Research and Access services provide end-to-end consulting and partnership support for health-technology innovators seeking to navigate and succeed within India's vibrant $628 billion healthcare market. From initial research and regulatory guidance to commercialization and talent acquisition, we help bring impactful health solutions to the Indian populace. A prime example of our commitment to pioneering solutions is our role as the chosen distribution partner for LightAI’s AI-powered diagnostic application, a tool poised to revolutionize pharyngitis management and combat the critical challenge of Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR). Another example is our partnering with the Catholic Health Association of India (CHAI) to develop and engage its vast network of healthcare institutions under a 2030 strategic vision.
